Set of 6 Philippe Starck's Eros Eiffel Swivel Chairs on Wheels - for Kartell, Italy. It was a limited edition series. Usually they have no wheels. The seats are transparent and mounted with a chrome middle part directly to the Eiffel legs. They are very sturdy chairs with good quality wheels. Altogether, the lot has 6 chairs with no splits in the seats, no breaks in the legs, all wheels functioning, the chrome looks fine. The seals between the seat and the base have been replaced with original Kartell spare parts as the seals discolour and break over time. Some of the seats have small scratches where the middle mount goes into the chair. Overall condition is good with the wear consistent with age and use. They need a bit of cleaning with a plastic cleaner and will look great and ready to go. This is a private sale - no guarantee.
