Beautiful vintage hanging lamp made by Danish Fog & Morup, designed by Jo Hammerborg in the 1970's.
About the material of the lamp , I am pretty sure it's brass, but sometimes they made this kind of lamp in aluminium in golden colour as well, so could also be this.
