Alfa Romeo - 75 Twin Spark - 1990

GENERAL: 1990 Alfa Romeo 75 2.0 Twin Spark with 110,500 km and only 3 owners from new, with the previous owner cherishing the car for 29 years. Supplied new in Finland, museum registered, and comes with a current MOT. Accompanied by a full documented service and ownership history, alongside a recent Classic Data inspection (21.05.2026) awarding it an outstanding Condition Grade 1- and a market valuation of €13,500. The Alfa Romeo 75 holds a legendary place in automotive history as the very last rear-wheel-drive sedan developed by Alfa Romeo independently before being acquired by Fiat. Named to celebrate Alfa Romeo's 75th anniversary in 1985, it is renowned for its near-perfect 50:50 weight distribution achieved through a rear transaxle (combining the gearbox and differential at the rear axle) and inboard rear disc brakes. The 2.0 Twin Spark engine introduced dual-ignition technology (two spark plugs per cylinder) combined with variable valve timing, delivering responsive power, a high-revving character, and the iconic Alfa Romeo exhaust note. An increasingly rare opportunity to purchase an original, unwelded example of one of the finest surviving Alfa 75 Twin Sparks. BODYWORK & PAINT: The bodywork presents beautifully with excellent panel fit and no signs of corrosion. The car has never been welded, and the suspension, chassis, and underside are completely rust-free with no structural concerns. The paint is original throughout, with only one exception: in 1999, the passenger-side rear door was lightly damaged when another vehicle reversed into it in a car park; rather than repairing it with filler, it was replaced with another genuine door and professionally repainted, as confirmed by paint thickness measurements in the Classic Data report. During the previous 29-year ownership, the car was never driven in wet weather, was always garaged, and was never left outside in the sun. TECHNICAL: Equipped with a 2.0 Twin Spark naturally aspirated engine paired with a manual transmission and classic rear transaxle setup. The engine bay is clean and original, with the Classic Data inspection finding no visible leaks. Non-standard technical modifications are limited to a lowered suspension and a stainless steel exhaust system. INTERIOR: The interior is remarkably original and exceptionally well preserved. The upholstery, carpets, dashboard, and door cards are all in excellent condition with very little wear. The only minor imperfection is a slight sagging of the headlining around the centre section. DOCUMENTS: Includes a comprehensive history file with full documented service and ownership records, current MOT paperwork, museum registration, and an independent Classic Data inspection report with valuation. COLLECTION: Location: Valkeakoski, Finland. Handover details to be agreed upon with the buyer upon purchase. OTHER INFORMATION: An exceptional candidate for a concours-quality collector's piece, an appreciating classic, or a pristine survivor example.
