Description A Chinese porcelain bowl on a high foot, dating to the Guangxu period (1875–1908). The exterior is decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with a continuous scene of figures and a bat — a traditional Chinese symbol of good fortune (fu). The interior features a landscape scene enclosed within a double circle. The bowl is finely potted and displays the delicate painting style characteristic of late Qing blue and white porcelain.
