Antique Brass Kitchen Storage Pots – Set of 2 – Engraved “K.B.” – ca. 1920–1950

Impressive pair of large antique kitchen storage pots made of heavy brass with original lids. These pots were traditionally used in professional kitchens, monasteries or large households for storing ingredients, fats or preserved foods.

Both pieces feature an engraved marking “K.B.”, typical of historical kitchen inventory where initials were used to indicate ownership or a kitchen department. Such markings add authenticity and character to utilitarian objects from the early 20th century.

The exterior is made of solid brass with subtle horizontal turning lines, giving the pieces a strong industrial aesthetic. The interior is traditionally tinned / galvanized, a technique commonly used in historic kitchenware to make brass containers suitable for food storage.

Over time the brass developed a beautiful natural patina, enhancing the antique appearance. Today these pots are highly appreciated as decorative interior objects, industrial décor pieces or statement storage containers.
