Dommage. Il était bien emballé. Je le suis moins !

Gosh, this comment is a surprise and in my view rather unfair. The auction ended on Oct 24 and the buyer paid 5 days later on Oct 29 (i.e. a whole working week had elapsed). During those 5 days I had to travel and on return I immediately posted the item. Since the buyer hadn't contacted me to explain the late payment or to enquire about delivery, I assumed we were good as long as I stayed within Catawiki's requirements. This buyer did not contact me before posting their feedback.

Dipinto molto bello. Ottimo imballaggio. Grazie!!!

I'm delighted to hear that. This buyer was kind, considerate and easy to deal with.
