Nose: very complex aromas of black fruit, spices, ink and liquorice. Palate: this is a powerful, concentrated wine, with tight tannins and a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is airy, aromatic and persistent. A magnificent harmony for these two great grape varieties on a great terroir. Grape variety(ies): 75% Syrah, 25% Touriga Nacional. Harvest: the grapes are hand-picked and 100% destemmed. Perfect labels, levels and capsules. Always kept in my private cellar at an ideal temperature (12-15 °C).
