CABERNET SAUVIGNON:
From the Uco Valley , San Carlos, Paraje Altamira. Height of the vineyards 1100 msnm.
PETIT VERDOT:
From the Uco Valley , Tunuyán , Los Árboles District. Height of the vineyards 1100 msnm
Soil: Great diversity of poor soils as they are grapes from different earths. Franco Arenosos in Vista Flores, Soft in Los Árboles and Soils in Altamira.
Fermantation:
Pelicular pre-fertill cold for 2 days at 8o C in stainless steel tanks. Maximum fermentation temperature 28oC. Maceration between 18 and 24 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. 100% Maloctic fermentation.
Ageing:
Raising in French Oaks's Barriles for 12 months, 60% new, medium toast. Natural Clarification.
Degustation notes:
Color Red Violáceo Intense, Very complex swim, which reveals aromas of spices, confected red fruits, cinnamon and chocolates. Mouth of very good volume and structure, great silkiness, memories of bitter chocolate, and of finale and persistent.
