White cross, trident in the center, and the inscription "For Courage," crossed swords, inlaid with hot enamel.
The ribbon is the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

Rare, no longer issued due to the use of NATO uniforms.

* Medal "Participant in the Special Military Operation" - Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
