A beautiful and rare Baccarat crystal decanter, Malmaison model, originally created in the early 1900s and featured in its own catalogue in 1921. This elegant decanter is crafted from strong, high-quality crystal and distinguished by its wide, flat ribbed design, a refined and timeless expression of early 20th-century Baccarat craftsmanship. An authentic early piece dating from before 1936, it does not bear the later Baccarat signature on the crystal, showing only its original production number, which is consistent with the period. The decanter is in excellent vintage condition, showing gentle signs of age consistent with time, visible on both the body and the stopper, having mini-mossing on border, see photos.
