A fantastic opportunity to acquire four distinct expressions from Wolfburn, the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland (Thurso). Known for their traditional, unhurried methods, Wolfburn produces spirit that is exceptionally smooth and high in quality.

1. Wolfburn Aurora - Sherry Oak
Description: A beautifully balanced Highland single malt. It is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

Tasting Notes: Expect a sweet, sherried nose with hints of dried fruits and malt. On the palate, it offers warm spices, roasted nuts, and a touch of honeyed sweetness.

ABV: 46% | 70cl

2. Wolfburn 12 Years Old (Purple Label)
Description: A core milestone for the distillery, this 12-year-old expression showcases the maturity of the Wolfburn spirit. Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

Tasting Notes: Rich and decadent. Notes of marzipan, vanilla, and dark chocolate, followed by a long, elegant finish with hints of spice and oak.

3. Wolfburn Langskip (Blue Label)
Description: Named after the Viking longships that once dominated the Caithness coast, this is a "Cask Strength" expression (though fixed at 58% for consistency). Matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes: Powerful and intense. Intense aromas of fruit blossom and dried apples. The palate is rich with thick cream, maple syrup, and a warming peppery finish.

ABV: 58% | 70cl

4. Wolfburn 10 Years Old (Red Label)
Description: This expression is aged for a minimum of ten years specifically in hand-selected second-fill Oloroso sherry casks.

Tasting Notes: A deep, fruity character. Prominent notes of figs, raisins, and dark berries, perfectly integrated with the soft, grainy sweetness of the Wolfburn malt.
