TASTING Nose: Complex, starting with a profile marked by the blend of different types of French and American oak, ex-bourbon, pepper, toasted almonds, vanilla, and dates. Palate: Unctuous and full, the nose continues with an enveloping profile due to the distinct notes of French and American oak. It then evolves into notes of cocoa, pepper, raisins, tobacco, plums, and a touch of salinity. Finish: Very long, silky, and enveloping.
