Art Is The Flower, nowy Single Malt Scotch Whisky od Macallana, został stworzony we współpracy z organizacją kontynuującą dziedzictwo architekta i artysty Charles Rennie Mackintosh, czołowego brytyjskiego przedstawiciela Art Nouveau i jego wpływów europejskich.

Ta cenna edycja limitowana nawiązuje do ikonicznego panelu szklanego „The Spirit of the Rose” z 1902 roku, jednocześnie celebrując cykliczność natury oraz kwiatową sztukę Mackintosha.

Stworzony przez Whisky Makera Stevena Bremnera, blend składa się z wyselekcjonowanych beczek z europejskiego dębu po Sherry, które są całkowicie dojrzałe. Rezultat to whisky o wielkiej złożoności, z nutami rodzynek, fig, dębu, wiśni, migdałów, pomarańczy i melasy. Na podniebieniu dominują smaki słodkiego dębu, wanilii, imbiru, jabłka i liścia herbaty, z długim, słodkim i pełnym finiszem.
The Macallan Art Is The Flower: The Art of Whisky

Art Is The Flower, the new Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Macallan, was created in collaboration with the association that upholds the legacy of architect and artist Charles Rennie Mackintosh, the leading British figure of Art Nouveau, and his European influences.

This valuable limited edition is inspired by the iconic glass panel “The Spirit of the Rose” from 1902, celebrating both the cyclical nature and Mackintosh's floral art.

Crafted by Whisky Maker Steven Bremner, the blend consists of a selection of fully matured European oak ex-Sherry casks. The result is a whisky of great complexity, with hints of raisin, fig, oak, cherry, almond, orange, and molasses. On the palate, sweet oak, vanilla, ginger, apple, and tea leaf notes prevail, with a long, sweet, and full finish.
