It features a small, professionally repaired crack at the right f-hole and another minor, well-repaired crack at the endpin. Overall, it remains in good condition. The top is made from high-quality spruce with a fine, even grain. The one-piece maple back shows an irregular yet attractive flame, well matched with the sides and scroll, giving the instrument a harmonious and classic appearance. It is finished in a rich golden amber varnish with visible signs of age and wear, enhancing its authentic character and highlighting the quality of the tonewoods.
