Khor Kilchoman Distillery sits nestled amongst the traditional buildings of Rockside Farm on the renowned whisky-making island of Islay, Scotland. Famous as Islay's Farm Distillery, our barley fields stretch west to the shores of Machir Bay and the Atlantic Ocean Kilchoman is unique in many ways, most notably for our 100% Islay range, Islay's only Single Farm Single Malt.
Established in 2005, Kilchoman is true to Islay's rich farm distilling heritage, using locally cut peat, slowly distilling by hand, maturing on Islay and bottling on site without colouring or chill-filtration.
This, our first official Cognac Cask Matured limited edition, was distilled in 2016 and matured in 31 barriques previously used to mature Cognac. Maturation in ex-Cognac casks has added notes of pear, apricots and hints of mixed spices which pair beautifully with Kilchoman's natural citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke.

-Shipments are made with appropriate protection to reduce the risk of damage.
