Original analogue tyre pressure gauge by Michelin, model Vigil, manufactured in France by Bardin. A well-known piece of automobilia, executed in brown bakelite with a clear, easy-to-read dual-scale dial (bar and lbs/sq.in).
The gauge is housed in its original fitted case, which enhances both presentation and collectability. Instruments of this type were widely used in 20th century motoring and are appreciated today as decorative and functional collector’s items.
