Shell Cordovan is a leather of very special rarity, sourced from a highly limited area of the horse's hindquarters. Due to its dense, smooth structure, it is only available in tiny quantities – exactly two usable shells are produced per animal. In the extremely rare Whiskey color, this leather captivates with a vibrant, golden-brown shine that develops a unique patina over time and with wear. The combination of a robust structure, subtle elegance, and a touch of rarity makes this Full Brogue a true highlight in any wardrobe. Excellent overall condition of the horsehide with minor superficial scratches. Beautiful light brown Shell Cordovan vamps. Very good shape of the upper (on the one hand very lightly worn, on the other hand always stored perfectly on shoe trees). The insoles and the inner lining of the shoes are in an almost mint, top condition. (Note: the dark spot visible on the light inner lining in the heel area of the left shoe is absolutely harmless. It is a remnant of shoe polish.) Heel / Sole: Excellent overall condition. Very lightly worn. Leather heels with rubber top lifts are original. The remnants of the Ludwig Reiter leather stamps are still clearly visible on the leather soles. Other: This is a very beautiful and rare model by Ludwig Reiter made of horsehide, which is currently no longer commercially available in this Shell Cordovan version.
