The studies cover a range of domestic and sporting animals, including:Dogs: Collie, Stag-hounds, Bloodhounds, Greyhound, and Otter-hound.Horses: Various types such as "Dark coloured," Bay Roan, Grey Cart-horse, and a Chestnut Mare with Foal.Livestock: Bulls, cows with calves, white and dark-faced sheep, rams, lambs, and a donkey with its foal.
Condition:
Hardcover red cloth boards with black lettering & black decorative rule to front board in good condition.
Oblong roughly 19 x 25 cm. frontispiece, 25pp text, illus with 17 tripped in colour plates.
Moderately staining & fading to boards, some bruising & fraying to board corners, heavy browning to eps, light tanning to page edges, slight sporadic foxing.
