3 Fonteinen - Oude lambiek 2017 - 75cl - 4 buteleki
3 Fonteinen Lambik is the result of a specific brewing process featuring a high proportion of unmalted wheat, spontaneous fermentation in an open coolship, and slow and complex fermentation and maturation in oak barrels of various sizes and shapes.
The foundation and our essence: lambic as it should be; pure, spontaneous, and complex. For six years, three consecutive brews from March 2017 fermented and matured in one and the same oak barrel. The fine lambic was bottled in a dark brown bottle and finished with the finest cork. For even longer cellar aging.
