Under the pseudonym “The JA”, Jacopo Mattia Alegiani developed a long path of artistic experimentation, ranging from early graffiti works to contemporary material painting focused on perception, light, and surface. By the late 1990s, the artist began experimenting with unusual materials and textured compounds, exploring the relationship between physical matter, light, and visual perception.
