DKT Nando - Cow Heaven - Original Framed 3D Object

● Original Mixed Media Artwork with Integrated 3D Object, Unique Edition and Framed Digital pop collage printed on canvas and individually hand-finished, incorporating a resin cow miniature as a three dimensional element. The artwork receives a final protective matte varnish and is presented in a vintage wooden frame with a gold and black finish. Dimensions: 38 x 28 cm. and 4 cm. depth, with a 4,5 cm. wide frame. The artwork combines a digital pop collage with a sculptural central element, transforming the printed canvas into a unique mixed media composition. The resin cow miniature is physically integrated into the image, creating an interplay between two dimensional representation and three dimensional object, adding depth to the scene and reinforcing the dialogue between image, object and pictorial tradition. As an original vintage frame, it retains subtle signs of age and minor irregularities in some areas, barely perceptible and only noticeable upon close inspection, consistent with its character and age. The artwork is individually signed on the reverse and accompanied by a physical certificate of authenticity. ⸻ “Air Cow” presents a surrealist scene in which a cow appears suspended in the sky beneath a colourful parachute, descending over an apparently peaceful rural landscape. The composition combines the serenity of traditional landscape painting with the absurd and unexpected presence of a cow caught in an impossible situation. The incorporation of a resin cow miniature directly onto the canvas breaks the boundary between pictorial image and physical object, making the cow appear to literally emerge from the landscape. This sculptural intervention introduces a three-dimensional dimension that contrasts with the classical appearance of the scene and reinforces its surrealist character. Through the encounter between traditional landscape painting, digital collage, sculptural object and visual humour, “Air Cow” transforms a pastoral scene into an absurd and poetic situation. ⸻ ● About the Artist Nando López (Barcelona) is the founder of Dikhotomy, an artistic project dedicated to exploring how images change meaning when they are relocated into new cultural contexts. His work establishes connections between historical iconography, popular culture, everyday objects and visual memory, creating artworks that move between irony, visual appropriation and contemporary reinterpretation. Through limited editions, paintings, assemblages and object based installations, he develops a visual universe in which the familiar appears altered, encouraging new perspectives on consumption, desire, identity and pop culture. His work has been exhibited internationally and is also featured through various concept stores in Spain, France, Belgium and Norway. Among his recognitions are a solo exhibition at Gamla Kraftstationen Gallery (Sweden) and the publication of his illustration I Am Jesus as the cover image of Newsweek Polska in May 2024. ⸻ ● Packaging & Shipping The artwork is carefully protected using professional rigid packaging. Fully insured shipping with tracking number included. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within approximately 24–72 hours. ⸻ ● Inspiration: Surrealism, Contemporary Art, Mixed Media, Digital Collage, Object Art, Assemblage, Pop Art, Pop Culture, Visual Appropriation, Surrealist Imagery, Contemporary Figurative Art, Urban Art, Street Art, Graffiti, Conceptual Art, Visual Humour, Contemporary Collage, Three Dimensional Art, Cultural Reinterpretation, Jean Michel Basquiat, Banksy, Marcel Duchamp
