Max Feldbauer (1869, Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz – 1948, Straubing). "Husaren im Angriff", 1914. Hand-colored lithograph. Hand-signed (and signed in the plate) by the German artist. This piece is part of a historical series of prints published in Munich by Goltz-Verlag in 1914—the highly sought-after portfolio "Kriegs-Bilderbogen Münchner Künstler" ("War Picture Sheets by Munich Artists"), which includes works by Joseph Eberz, Edwin Scharff, Richard Seewald, and Max Unold, among others.
