The issue was composed by hand and printed at the Mossèn Alcover workshops in Palma de Mallorca, under the direction of Nobel Prize–winning writer Camilo José Cela, close friend and collaborator of Picasso. This remarkable volume includes previously unpublished drawings by Picasso, reproduced directly from originals made for this edition. The cover lithograph, executed in vivid colors, was also designed by Picasso himself. Inside appear several studies and texts paying tribute to the artist, including contributions by D.
