Here we have the inaugural single malt whisky from Edradour! Distilled in 2018, the whisky spent its full seven-year maturation in a host of sherry butts before bottling as part of Edradour's 200th anniversary celebrations.
Nose
Heaps of sherried fruit, honeyed figs and dates, chocolate-coated nuts, and a hint of leather.
Palate
Big and bold, with raisins and dried berries, cherry chocolate, and treacle toffee.
Finish
Waves of cacao, nutmeg, tobacco, rich fruit.
