Up for auction is a nice antique 4/4 italian violin for professional musician or collector. The label says: Pietro Antonio figlio di Carlo Ferdinando Landolfi in Milano al Segno della Serena l' Anno 1769. This is a superb sounding instrument, also very beautiful in appearance. The strongly narrow flamed two pieces maple back measures 352 mm. The total length of the violin is 584 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 160 mm; middle bouts: 114 mm; lower bouts: 200 mm. High grained spruce top, golden brown reddish varnish. This violin is in a good used condition, with some tears and wears but no cracks, good ebony set up, new strings and master made Aubert bridge. Beautiful model with a very elegant natural amber patina, very high quality of woods, perfect details all over. The sound is very powerful, deep, mellow and rich. Shipping worldwide insured!
