Maturation: Matured in a combination of premium Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons and hogsheads.

Nose: Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch, and sweet spices.
Palate: A rich, complex explosion of dark chocolate, orange zest, cinnamon, and ginger, followed by layers of honey and figs.
Finish: Long and decadent with lingering mocha and spice notes.
