Omori often painted people who were under represented in society, working class people using taraditional Japanese Nihonga style hand painted with the classic gold background. Whilst most traditonal Nihongas depict a auspicious topic, Omori's paintings always a darker tone to its theme. Truly a one of a kind painting from mid to late 20th century.
