This drawing basically was a job interview. Mayo wanted to see if he could do some extra work for Disney and sent them 3 drawings; this is one of those 3.
There is a message on the backside, and Mayo's signature..
In the end he didn't work for Disney, so this is most likely 1 of only 3 Disney drawings he ever did.
