Texas rewrote the rules. Balcones "1" is the whisky that put Texas on the world single malt map — distilled and bottled in Waco, Texas by Head Distiller Jared Himstedt, and built on a Texan interpretation of centuries of single malt tradition.

Batch SM21-2, bottled May 25, 2022. Toffee, overripe fruit, toasted malt and honey on the palate, finishing with baked pears, apples, cinnamon and cloves. Uncompromising — never chill filtered, never colored. Wax seal intact.
