Armário (Highboard) - Vidro, Madeira

Wall-mounted or table-top wooden display case (small glass cabinet), ideal for displaying collections, small ornaments or jewellery. Main features: Material and design: Dark-toned, stained solid wood structure (e.g. oak or mahogany). Interior: Three-level display surface divided by two glass shelves. The back wall has a mirrored surface, which optically increases the space and also highlights the back of the displayed objects. Structure: The front glass door opens with brass hinges and a small knob. The top of the cabinet has a decorative, arched (pedimented) wooden crown, and the two upper corners have metal mounting lugs for wall mounting. On the glass door opening, zirconium is a brilliant-effect stone. Style, A piece in the Traditional / Edwardian or Georgian Revival style, most often referred to in modern trade as a "Vintage wall curio display case". It does not follow a single, pure, classic style, but combines elements of late 19th and early 20th century furniture production based on the following stylistic features: Main stylistic features: Georgian and Chippendale influence (Georgian / Chippendale Revival): The delicate, wavy, curved wooden crown (pediment) visible on the top of the cabinet evokes the more refined design of classic 18th century English furniture. It is in very good condition, with minimal signs of use. It is lit by an energy-saving bulb (we leave it in when mailing it), has a long cable of approximately 6 meters, and a switch. We can post it carefully packaged, in an insured, registered package.
