Koji Kasatani (nascido em 1964) é um artista japonês.
Após se formar na escola de arte em Florença, Itália, ele estudou técnicas cerâmicas italianas.
Após retornar ao Japão, ele começou a se desafiar para criar obras que vão além das fronteiras da cerâmica.
Quando encontrou alguns restos de banana, o favorito de seu pai, na cozinha, ficou convencido de que aquilo era arte, e desde então vem criando obras com tema de bananas há cerca de 18 anos.
