Description:An exceptional piece of European scientific and industrial heritage: a vintage mechanical analytical precision laboratory scale, manufactured in Belgium by the prestigious brand "Analis" (Arsenal Namurois d'Appareils pour Laboratoires Industriels et Scientifiques).
Historical Provenance: The front of the wooden casing features the original genuine embossed bronze plate with the company's historical address: "Analis Soc. An., Rue Dewez 18, Namur (Belgique)".
Components & Quality: The instrument is housed in a beautifully crafted solid oak case with working glass sash doors on both the front and sides, designed to protect the mechanism from air currents. The central balance structure is made of high-quality polished brass. The mechanism operates smoothly via the knob located at the base.
Bonus / Completeness: This lot includes its original, rare matching wooden box containing the complete set of precision fractional weights and mg aluminum plates, which is usually missing from these laboratory sets.
