The hinged lid shows a detailed orientalist banquet scene with seated figures, while the sides are adorned with scrolling floral patterns in repoussé technique. The box rests on small ball feet and has a secure clasp with ornamental detailing. The darkened surface patina adds depth to the relief and underlines its antique character. Measuring approx. 14 × 11 cm, this box was most likely made in Central Europe during the early 20th century, a period when orientalist and historicist styles were fashionable in decorative arts. Condition is good: the box shows typical signs of age and handling, with natural tarnish and minor wear, but no major dents or damage. Hinges and clasp remain functional.
