The triple headlights and dual red marker lights will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. The headlights are maintenance-free, warm white LEDs. The open end skirting and couplers can be replaced by closed end skirting with brake hoses and a reproduction prototype coupler that can be installed on the locomotive.
