The cuvée Côt old vines comes from hundred-year-old vines. It is vinified in a concrete vat and then aged for 9 months (for 50% of the harvest) in an ovoid vat and in 225L barrels (for the other half of the harvest). It is distinguished by its great purity of fruit, its floral notes, its depth, its loose material and its very refined side.
