Distilled in 2007 from molasses from the sugar factory of the Worthy Park Estate, starting with the sugar cane of the Clarke family farm, Worthy Park 2007 is a bottling of the WPL brand, with congeners between 60 and 119 g/hLAP.
Single Rum was aged in the distillery's warehouse in a tropical climate and bottled at 59%, full grade, with an angel's share after 10 years of 64%.
The label contains the copper double retort still produced by Scotland's Forsyths for the Worthy Park Distillery. No sugar, caramel or additives are added at the time of bottling.
Bottle stored in ideal conditions, with perfect fill level and packaging.
