Stylish and large glass lined brass basket attributed to (or in the style of) Hans Ofner and/or Josef Hoffmann, dating from the period 1900/1910 and typical of the Secessionist movement. The design consists of a geometric perforated pattern on the brass basket as well as on the mobile handle, the original and removable glass liner has been cut with an oval star of 32 2-sided lines and the basket is supported by 4 ball shaped feet. H incl handle 23 cm x L 29,5 cm x 17 cm. Excellent condition, no damage on the brass frame nor the glass liner. Will be shipped packed separately and double boxed for transport.
