Mystery Malt este un single malt Scotch Whisky îmbuteliat de echipa de la Dornoch Distillery sub eticheta lor Thompson Bros. Aceasta marchează a cincea lansare din serie.

Identitatea reală a whisky-ului este intenționat ascunsă — o etichetă ascunsă sub capsula sticlei dezvăluie numele distileriei și vechimea.

Prezintă într-un recipient din sticlă neagră, elegant, și îmbuteliat la 46,3% ABV, această lansare este o compoziție atent echilibrată, derivată dintr-o selecție de butoaie ce acoperă atât distilerii noi, cât și cele consacrate. Majoritatea whisky-urilor au vârsta între 5 și 13 ani, cu câteva butoaie mai în vârstă aged între 16 și 27 de ani.
