Rolleiflex 3.5 F — Franke & Heidecke, Braunschweig, ca. 1965-1966. Serial No. 2806843 (late 3.5F production batch). One of the most sought-after classic 6x6 TLRs among film photographers and collectors worldwide.
- Taking lens: Carl Zeiss Planar 1:3.5 f=75mm (No. 4181173) — the prized Planar, more desirable than the Tessar/Xenar variants
- Viewing lens: Heidosmat 1:2.8 f=75mm
- Shutter: Synchro-Compur (B, 1-1/500s) — tested and working at all speeds including 1 s by the previous owner
- Built-in selenium light meter: present, untested
- Format: 6x6 cm on 120 roll film
Provenance: private collection of an experienced photographer.
Condition: cosmetically very good for its age — body and chrome trim in good order, minor paint wear on the finder hood edges. Original ever-ready leather case included (some edge/stitching wear). Optics: no fungus visible; reported clear by the owner. Buyer welcome to request additional photos.
