Chambre Zeiss Ikon Juwel 275/11 au format 13×18 cm (5×7″), n° 371939, equipată cu o etajeră Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 21 cm f/4.5 pe obturator Compur. Juwel este una dintre camerele tehnice complete, din metal, cele mai rafinate din perioada interbelică, cunoscută pentru robustetea sa, precizia și amploarea mișcărilor. Tessar 21 cm este distanța focală normală pentru acest format.

Ansel Adams a folosit acest model: deținea un Zeiss Juwel 5×7, formatul echivalent cu 13×18, în anii 1930. A scris de altfel pe verso-ul unei negative din acea perioadă: „This is the first good picture made with the Zeiss Jewel 5 x 7”. Aparatul oferit aici este un exemplar al aceluiași model. Nu a aparținut lui Ansel Adams.

Ansel Adams used this model: he owned a Zeiss Juwel 5×7, the equivalent of the 13×18 format, in the 1930s. He even wrote on the back of a print from that time: "This is the first good picture made with the Zeiss Jewel 5 x 7". The camera offered here is an example of the same model. It did not belong to Ansel Adams.
