Rootz Gallery heeft een uitgebreide collectie van bijzondere kunstobjecten uit de niet-westerse wereld n een verzameling moderne en hedendaagse kunst. Ooit begon de kunstcollectie met het verzamelen van moderne en hedendaagse kunst. Vanwege een lange fascinatie voor andere culturen werd dit al snel uitgebreid met niet-westerese kunstvoorwerpen. De galerie heeft langere tijd vooral de niet-westerse kunst als belangrijkste focus gehad, maar richt zich sinds kort ook weer op de moderne en hedendaagse kunst. Veel stukken hebben een oorsprong in rituele contexten en zijn zorgvuldig verzameld over een periode van 40 jaar. De items, vaak verworven tijdens reizen en afkomstig uit oude collecties, bieden een unieke kijk op authentieke culturen en tradities.
