The item (glass speaker) arrived very well packed and labelled with care. The item works well and came with its own setup booklet for installation. Overall very satisfied, thank you!!

Disastro microfoni completamente piegati rotti e rovinati pessimo

De Bang & Olufsen speakers hebben beschadigingen (zijkant en doek) die niet op de foto's stonden. Ook ontbrak de muurbeugel, wat het product onvolledig maakt.

I was on vacation and received of package/opened it and immediately sent photos to the seller and to Catawiki, the seller acknowledged the damage, as the packing was poor at best. No refund given
