As Watchbonafide, we have been the one of the biggest Watch seller on Catawiki since 2016. Our team consists of a total of 9 people, two of whom are experienced watchmakers. Our office serves as a Watch Service Center with extremely modern equipment near the Grand Bazaar, the heart of Istanbul. Our ambition is to always strive to offer best-selling watches and unique collectibles to our customers around the world. We try to present the watches we receive from our suppliers to you, our valued customers, by going through complete revision processes, renewing the leather straps when necessary and polishing as necessary. We want to continue to show you the most valuable asset of our lives, that is, your time, in the most beautiful way.

    La communication avec le vendeur est impossible il ne réponds pas au mail - la vente a été annulée - vendeur a déconseillé - et aujourd’hui il faut que je récupère la TVA payée 2 fois - c’est honteux

    Pela segunda vez comprei um relógio para a minha mulher e pela segunda vez não envia. Não responde a mensagens, não existe indicação de nada. Muito triste. Até por favor pedi. Muito desapontado. / Catawiki: Successfully resolved by Catawiki in agreement with the Buyer.

    l’orologio non è stato spedito (il venditore ha detto per problemi tecnici dell’orologio). comunicazione lenta e faticosa. Alla fine il venditore mi ha rimborsato le spese per la spedizione dall’EU.

    It took a while before the watch was delivered, but throughout the process the seller kept communicating well. Buyers should be aware of high fee to transport to EU. The watch itself looks amazing!

    Tutto ok, ma €400 di spedizione dall'ue sono tanti con l'imballo dell'orologio solo nel pluriball, anche una scatola da €10 dava più pregio.
