What a great item for my Back To the Future wall. Fast delivery.

The quality was bad. The painting wasn’t straight. Also there was damage and sticky tape on the wrong side. Wouldn’t recommend it. 

So many negatives but we never heard anything from you whatsoever. Every single issue could likely have been resolved to your satisfaction. However, a print slipping in the frame can happen during transport and is an easy fix. You also mention that there was sticky matter on the frames. A standard sponge and a bit of TLC should be more than enough to solve the issue. It sounds like you are done bidding at our auctions, which seems like the best solution for all parties involvd. Seller was not recommended this time around, but neither is this bidder! And for another time: if you are displeased about an item, please send us a message so we can try to resolve the matter. Negative feedback should never be the first approach as that helps no one. 
UPDATE: we offered the buyer full compensation for the frames, alternatively to send him some new ones, but he rejected this offer.

De afbeelding was niet goed bevestigd, is op twee plekken beschadigd en gekreukt. Het lijstje ziet eruit alsof het van IKEA komt – het zou net zo goed een gekleurde kopie van de afbeelding kunnen zijn
