Lamp arrived broken, and the machine shows a breakage which is not shown on the original photos. I guess the item was poorly handled. 

sorry to hear this. I packed the projector safely I thought with soft bubble plastic, and I even checked before sending the projector. All was fine. (see also the projectorphotos whilst working) Lamps are quite fragile. I am sure you can replace the lamp locally with another 50watts lamp. Please keep me informed,  Best regards, Rudy

Objecten in zeer goede staat zoals beschreven. Prima verpakt ook. Even was er een misverstand, maar dat werd actief door de verkoper opgepakt en correct afgehandeld.
