A fine and well-preserved pair of Chinese porcelain covered bottles, dating to the Kangxi period(circa lated 17th-ealy 18th century) Qing Dynasty.
Decorated in underglaze blue and iron-red enamels, with floral motifs and stylised borders typical of Chinese export wares produced for the Western market around 1650-1700.
Both bottles retain their original matching covers, a feature rarely preserved, and showing consistent wear and firing characteristics, confirming they belong together.
The porcelain body is finely potted with a softly glazed surface, and the bases show typical kiln marks and age-related patina consistent with the period.
Condition:
Very good overall condition. No cracks, no restorations, and no replacements. Minor wear to enamels and gilding consistent with age.
Dimensions:
Height: approx. 14 cm each.
These covered bottles were likely produced as tableware or decorative pieces for export, and are offered here as a complete and original pair, making them highly attractive to collectors of Chinese export porcelain.
