Exquisite Antique Bohemian Cobalt Blue Cut-to-Clear Crystal Tankard A stunning example of Bohemian craftsmanship, this large crystal tankard (or stein) features deep, rich cobalt blue glass cut back to a brilliant clear crystal core. The body is adorned with intricate hand-painted 24K gold gilt scrolling and floral motifs, characteristic of the high-Victorian or Biedermeier revival style. Origin: Bohemia (modern-day Czech Republic). Maker: Attributed to Moser or Egermann, renowned for their "Royal Blue" and superior gilding techniques. Period: Circa 1890–1910 (Late 19th / Early 20th Century). Artistry: Features a magnificent sunburst-cut base, a faceted handle, and heavy gold encrustation along the rim and body.
