We recommend you add a small amount of water to a whisky to fully appreciate the taste characteristics of Original Cask Strength Laphroaig. Whisky at cast strength may overpower the palate, but adding water will release a rich aroma of peat smoke with some sweetness and strong hints of the sea. "
