Likely dating from around the 1940’s to 1950s, This sturdy rectangular trunk is covered in dark canvas with metal corner protectors, brass rivets, and steel latches. It has a cloth-covered wooden interior with a wood grained printed lining and a leather-wrapped carrying handle at the front Origin: Likely European (Dutch) Belgium, or French manufacture – very similar to KNSM and Vickers style utility trunks of the post war period.
