A lovely vintage Spanish chess set, checkers set and gold coloured metal board on footed base. c.1965.
Height: King 65mm, Queen 73mm, Bishop 60mm Knight 58mm Rook 45mm Pawns 42mm
Checkers pieces are 30mm diameter
Board Length x width x height 43.5cm x 43.5cm x 3.5cm
All chess pieces have a green baize to the base. Gloss black verses natural wood. In original plastic box.
The checkers pieces are natural wood versus chestnut brown and come in original box. Some wear due to age and has original price tag.
The board is metal with a gold toned finish raised on brass feet. Based on the back. Good condition with some age related marks.
A good set, lots of fun. Offered without reserve.
